Freight forwarder in Mumbai

We book your cargo by air or sea and clear it through customs at both ends of the Indian leg. You deal with one team instead of a forwarder, a CHA and a transporter who don't talk to each other.

Why forwarding and clearance together helps

When freight and customs are handled by different companies, problems fall in the gap. The forwarder says the cargo is with customs, customs says the documents are wrong, and nobody owns the delay. When we book the freight and file the clearance, the documents are checked once and one person answers your call.

What we arrange

  • Ocean freight: FCL and LCL via Nhava Sheva, Mumbai Port and Mundra
  • Air freight via Mumbai Air Cargo Complex
  • Pickup from the supplier abroad through our overseas partners
  • Import or export customs clearance in India
  • Delivery by road or rail to your door

Air or sea?

We choose the mode with you based on the weight, volume, value and how soon you need it. As a rough guide, small, urgent or high-value cargo goes by air, and larger or heavier shipments that can wait go by sea. We'll quote both if it's close. For more, read our air vs ocean freight guide.

For a freight quote, tell us

  • Origin and destination (city or port)
  • What the cargo is, number of packages, dimensions and gross weight
  • Incoterm (EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.) and when it will be ready

Frequently asked questions

Do you handle international freight to and from any country?

We work with overseas partners for pickup and delivery in most trade lanes. Tell us the origin and destination and we'll confirm options and rates.

Can you include customs clearance in the freight quote?

Yes. That's how most of our clients use us: freight, clearance and delivery in one quote.

Are you a logistics company or a freight forwarder?

Both. We forward freight, clear customs as a licensed broker, and arrange delivery and storage through our partners.

What does Incoterm mean for my quote?

The Incoterm (such as EXW, FOB or CIF) decides which costs you pay and which the supplier pays. Share it with us so the quote covers only what you're responsible for.
