Why speed matters for air cargo
Air cargo is expensive to leave sitting. Terminal storage charges start after a short free period, and the reason you flew the goods in the first place was urgency. So we try to have the Bill of Entry filed before the flight lands and the duty worked out in advance.
Import clearance at Sahar

- Attend examination at the terminal
- Collect the cargo and deliver it in Mumbai or send it onward
Export air cargo
We file the Shipping Bill, handle security screening and examination requirements, and tender the cargo to the airline before cut-off. Tell us if the cargo is dangerous goods, temperature sensitive or oversized. Those need airline acceptance in advance.

How long does air cargo clearance take in Mumbai?
Straightforward shipments with complete documents can often be cleared quickly once the cargo is landed and segregated. Queries, examination or a missing licence add time. We'll give you an estimate once we see the documents.
Can you clear urgent shipments the same day?
We prioritise urgent cargo and our office is close to the terminal, but the final timing depends on customs assessment and the terminal. We won't promise a time we can't control.
Which documents are needed for air import clearance?
Air Waybill, commercial invoice, packing list, IEC and GST details, and any licence or certificate the product needs.
