We book space with airlines through our network, arrange pickup at origin, and clear the cargo at Mumbai Air Cargo Complex. For exports, we collect from your premises, clear customs and hand over to the airline.

How air freight is charged
Airlines charge on the higher of actual weight and volumetric weight. For most airlines, volumetric weight is length × width × height in cm divided by 6,000. A light but bulky carton can cost more than its weight suggests, so send us accurate dimensions with your enquiry.
When air makes sense
Urgent spares, samples, high-value goods, perishables and anything with a tight launch date. For heavy or bulky cargo that can wait a few weeks, ocean freight is usually far cheaper.

Send the origin, destination, number of packages, dimensions of each, gross weight, a short description of the goods and the ready date.
Frequently asked questions
How is chargeable weight calculated for air freight?
The airline compares the actual gross weight with the volumetric weight (L × W × H in cm ÷ 6,000 for most carriers) and charges on whichever is higher.
Do you offer door-to-door air freight?
Yes. We can arrange pickup at origin, the flight, customs clearance in Mumbai and delivery to your address.
Can you ship dangerous goods by air?
Some dangerous goods can fly with the right packing, labelling and declaration. Tell us the UN number or send the MSDS and we'll check with the airline.
Is customs clearance included?
We can include it. Most clients prefer one quote covering freight, clearance and delivery.
