Under Section 11 of the Customs Act, goods that don't meet the applicable rules can be treated as prohibited, and clearance stops. We help you get the registrations your product needs before it ships.
IEC (Importer Exporter Code)
You can't import or export commercially without an IEC from DGFT. We help you apply and keep it updated.
BIS registration
Many electronics and consumer products fall under BIS compulsory registration. Customs won't release them without it.
CDSCO medical device licence
Medical devices and some cosmetic products need a CDSCO import licence, based on the device class (A to D). We tell you what applies and arrange the application.
EPR registration (CPCB)
Importers of goods in plastic packaging, or products under e-waste and battery rules, must register for Extended Producer Responsibility with CPCB.
LMPC registration
Pre-packed goods imported for resale need Legal Metrology (LMPC) registration and correct MRP and importer labelling.
